*My FMTY rates are a flat rate which includes flights and accommodations. There is no additional cost to you for flights less than 5 hours. All flights/destinations over 5 hours from NYC must be a minimum of 6 Hours and will incur a flight/travel fee. 50% due on confirmation of meeting.
